KRISTEN SUTO

Kristen Suto planted her roots with The Ground Up in Hamburg, NY in 2008.  Kristen consults and educates clients on Holistic lifestyle practices including how to maintain the proper flow of energy in the body, custom diet, and exercise programs.   

Receiving her Bachelor’s degree in Health/Wellness from Buffalo State College with a concentration on understanding the function of the human body and nutrition, she continued to graduate studies in Adult Education. 

In 2000, she joined Canisius College as the Conference Coordinator for the Strassburger Center for Entrepreneurship.  Being an entrepreneur at heart, she is now a member of the Canisius College Women’s Business Center.  In addition, her past experience includes coordinating for a national company, organizing over 250 community health events as well as educating groups on vascular health.

Kristen volunteers regularly with local Senior Centers and non-profit groups providing educational workshops.  Recently, her dream was realized and was on live television as a guest Chef on the morning show, CW23’s Winging-It Buffalo Style, preparing a Healthy Salmon and Vegetable Dish.  Kristen enjoys time in her gardens and entertaining. 

The Avana Method™ promotes free flowing energy prompting wellness on a physical, spiritual, mental and emotional level.  This healing technique awakens a sense of peace that many have not felt before. As a certified Avana Method™ Practitioner, Kristen is currently available at The Ground Up in Hamburg, Buffalo, and Westfield New York for consultations.
